We give our customers 7 days from the delivery date of their items to request a return. All returns must be approved before any item is sent back. Simply send us a message and we’ll let you know how to proceed.


**Refunds will come in the form of store credit.

**The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with the return. 

**Please do not return items without prior approval.

**Elli+Co does not charge restocking fees.


  • Returned items must have tags attached.

  • Returned items must appear to be unworn.

  • Returned items are stain free and unwashed.

  • Returned items are free of scents including, but not limited to, perfume and smoke.

  • Returned items are free of pet fur and dander.


Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • All items listed as sale, final sale, or any other discounted category. All items purchased during a sale or other promo. Doorbusters, percentages off, or otherwise less than full price  

  • Items that fall under the categories of “undergarments”, “bras”, and “hats”.

  • Items that end in .99.
  • Items purchased with a credit are final sale. 


Defective and Damaged Items


If the item is considered damaged, the customer will have the option to receive a refund via the original form of payment or a store credit. Elli + Co will also cover return shipping costs up to $10.
