Returns must be initiated within seven days of delivery date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Returns will not be accepted without our approval.
Returned items must have tags attached, be unworn, stain free, and unwashed.
Returned items must be free of scents including, but not limited to, perfume and smoke. They must also be free of pet fur and dander.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
All items listed as sale, final sale, or any other discounted category. All items purchased during a sale or other promo. Doorbusters, percentages off, or otherwise less than full price.
Undergarments, bras, swimsuits, shoes, and hats.
- Items that end in .99.
- Items purchased with a credit are final sale.
Defective and Damaged Items
If the item is considered damaged, the customer will have the option to receive a refund via the original form of payment or a store credit. Elli + Co will also cover return shipping costs up to $10.
