We give our customers 7 days from the delivery date of their items to request a return. All returns must be approved before any item is sent back. Simply send us a message and we’ll let you know how to proceed.
**Refunds will come in the form of store credit.
**The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with the return.
**Please do not return items without prior approval.
**Elli+Co does not charge restocking fees.
Returned items must have tags attached.
Returned items must appear to be unworn.
Returned items are stain free and unwashed.
Returned items are free of scents including, but not limited to, perfume and smoke.
Returned items are free of pet fur and dander.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
All items listed as sale, final sale, or any other discounted category. All items purchased during a sale or other promo. Doorbusters, percentages off, or otherwise less than full price
Items that fall under the categories of “undergarments”, “bras”, and “hats”.
- Items that end in .99.
- Items purchased with a credit are final sale.
Defective and Damaged Items
If the item is considered damaged, the customer will have the option to receive a refund via the original form of payment or a store credit. Elli + Co will also cover return shipping costs up to $10.
